Blind baking a quiche shell with black lentils. That shell was filled with sauteed chard, garlic scapes, caramelized onions, beaten eggs and farmer cheese. It was grand.

The lox and bagel sandwich on an everything bagel from Famous 4th Street. This is one of my favorite things on earth.
