Breakfast this morning. A big scramble to use up some of the egg whites left over from my marathon citrus curd session yesterday. A bit of leftover lime curd to go on the toast. Avocados and tomatoes for me. Bacon appeared just after this picture to perk up Scott’s plate. I do love a good Saturday morning at home.
