I LOVE hot or cold coffee with sweetened condensed milk when I am out for Pho. My favorite place for Pho in the city is Pho 75, on Washington Avenue. Living in Delaware County, we often visit Anh Hong by 69th Street Terminal. Anh Hong has a full Vietnamese menu – not just Pho. Delicious!
